My stay at W 21 Hotel Bangkok was quite the mixed bag. While the location was fantastic, being so close to the MRT and BTS, I faced some issues in my rooftop room, including pests and a TV that wouldn't tune. However, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall price was reasonable for what I received.

The location is unbeatable, situated right by Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT. making it easy to navigate the city.
